LEAD TIMES: Please allow 1-5 days for shipment. AlphaBetter desks and stools require a 1-2 week lead time. Electric height-adjustable workstations and Benchmates require a 2-3 week lead time. Printer enclosures require a 4-6 week lead time.

WARRANTY: Products distributed by AVID COMPANY are covered by the manufacturers warranty.

RETURNS: You must be 100% satisfied or you may return your purchase(s)in original condition and in the original packaging within 60 days for a full refund of the purchase price. After 60 days Avid reserves the right to issue a credit voucher to the account partially or in full depending on the situation. Items returned without all of the original components and packaging and/or in unsaleable condition will not be credited and the customer will have the choice of either having Avid return the items to the customer or no credit and no return. Products excluded from this guarantee: Products in the CLEARANCE ITEMS section are non-returnable. Custom orders and height adjustable furniture are non-cancelable and non-returnable. Returned goods will not be accepted without prior authorization from AVID COMPANY. Please contact Avid for return instructions prior to sending an item back. UNAUTHORIZED returns will not be accepted and will be handled at customer's expense.

DAMAGE: All products are carefully packaged and inspected prior to shipment, to insure their safe arrival. Please note any visible damage with the carrier at time of delivery.

FREIGHT: Orders to be delivered within the 48 contiguous United States (excludes HI, AK, Puerto Rico) will be shipped free of charge by choosing the "Free Ground" shipment method. (We will be using either UPS or Fedex for Ground shipment.) You may choose "UPS Ground" for our most economical shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. For speedier delivery to all 50 states and Puerto Rico, choose "2nd Day Air" or "Next Day Air". Shipments to Canada, please choose "UPS Standard to Canada". For oversized shipments, APO/FPO destinations, or for a quote on a shipment method not listed, please feel free to call us at 1-888-600-9611 or email us at avidergo@avidergo.com Optional insurance is available at $1.50 per $100.00. Items lost or damaged will be replaced. A $2 handling charge applies to all orders and will appear in the Shipping line during checkout.
